Templates like this typically include a default color palette. But you don’t have to use it. All objects are fully customizable. To change the color of any part of the timeline, click on a given section to select it.
Now, click on the Fill Color drop-down on the menu. A color chooser will launch, featuring both standard and custom theme colors. Click on any color square to apply it to your selected object.
5. Add Custom Icons
Timeline 2.0 for Google Slides includes a set of custom icons. These can be found on the last slide in the deck. To use one, click it, then press Ctrl + C on Windows or Cmd + C on Mac to copy.
