1. How to Insert an Image
Inserting images can add a personal touch to the eco-friendly presentation. To insert an image, begin by clicking on the Insert tab. Next, click on the Pictures button in the toolbar. A menu drops down. Choose the right option for you based on where your image is located.
Once you’ve located your image file, double click on the image. Now your image appears on your slide. Adjust and resize the image using the handles as needed.
2. How to Change an Object’s Color
If you don’t like the color of an object on your slide, you can change the color of that object. Start by clicking on the object that you want to change the color of. Next, click on the Shape Format tab. Next, click on the Shape Fill button in the toolbar. A color menu drops down. Choose the color that you want for the object.
3. How to Change the Font
Changing the font or adding a custom font customizes your presentation. First, highlight the font that you want to change. Next, click on the Home tab. In the toolbar is the Font menu. Click on the arrow next to the Font menu. When you click on the arrow a list of fonts appears. Select the font that you want your text to be.
