Monthly Digest December 2020 (#blogPost)

Happy new year! ?

We made it into 2021! I hope you all had fantastic holidays, are safe and sound, and had time to rest.

From my end, I got a lovely new comic character for Christmas and decided to change the format of this newsletter. The structure will change, but it will still include talks, some music, GitHub repos, and things I liked reading. It'll hit your inbox more frequently, too. ?

Now I only have to find the right name for it (I never liked my uncreative "digest" invention)... I like the title World Wide Week start but haven't decided on it yet. If you have any ideas for a great newsletter title, please send them my way!

The title says it all. ? I like to listen to Spotify's "Discover Weekly" playlist. Unfortunately, it's only updated once a week. If you're looking for more music discoverymusic.com provides a daily updated playlist tailored to your music taste.

The dinosaur Twitter account is one of my favorite things in my social media timeline. The posts often make me think about my life, put a smile on my face, and are always super cute. It's a welcome variety to the usual exhaustive Twitter mood.

Hah! December was light on devsheets. The main reason for that was that I'm eager to find a better way to create them. Currently, I use keynote to make screenshots or videos. In the future, I'm aiming for interactive devsheets that have an accessible URL. I'll keep you posted!

Of course, I found that quote on Twitter. I'll leave it here and take a moment to remember situations when I was too opinionated about tech. ?
