1.Go to Regedit(Windows Registry Editor)
The Registry Editor allows you to view and make changes to system files and programs that you wouldn't be able to access otherwise.

  1. Go to : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class image

3.Then find "CountryRegion" without quotes.

4.Set the value to 1

5.Reboot.
