GUI Developers. Calinix is FOSS so don't expect any payment from our side. Your contributions are what makes the open source projects great. Join our developer team and get mentioned in our Website and other social media handles. We currently need GUI developers who can make beautiful lightweight apps (hence no electron allowed)
Try to avoid using python, cuz of its slowness, C++ and Java grow as better options. Even if you use python you need to give efficient design.
