The Platforms & Programs Practice offers Empowerment Programs and Support Services that help clients integrate accessibility into their product life cycles using the TPGi ARC Platform (Accessibility Resource Center). Our Empowerment Programs are highly prescribed project-oriented solutions that cover the full spectrum of ARC’s capabilities and educate our clients on how to leverage these capabilities in a maturing accessibility management program. This is accomplished via cohort and private workshops that provide training, consulting, coaching, read outs of client data, and customized final reports. Clients are left with a deep understanding of ARC along with the skills to independently implement and optimize all the basic and advanced ARC features and functions. The Platforms and Programs practice also provides technical support of the ARC user base through multi-tiered HelpDesk contracts.
As a Practice Manager, you are responsible for managing the three main pillars of the Platforms & Programs Practice: managing your team, managing your solution portfolio, managing the P&L of your business unit. You are accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results of practice and will work with leaders across TPGi to plan and manage a growing a revenue stream and customer base. You are responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of solutions delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will manage individual contributors on your team and may also serve as advisor for moderately complex engagements.
Ideally, you will have 10+ years of experience relevant to this position including 5 years of accessibility consulting experience, 3 years of technology project management leadership experience and experience managing a help desk for one or more applications. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Can lead, engage, mobilize and motivate multiple teams to accomplish goals. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task a variety of demanding assignments without a degradation of work quality.

About You
- Demonstrated progressive experience managing, specifically creating accessibility management programs and implementing accessibility management platforms
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used to introduce and manage maturing accessibility management programs
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making abilities with effective organizational and time management skills; the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and presentation skills. Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change
- Experience with coaching and mentoring team members.
- Must exhibit initiative, decisiveness and creativity, along with self-motivation and the ability to assume responsibility and maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to focus and clarify concepts
- Proven ability to develop program curriculum and deliver effective and satisfying learning experiences.
- Ability to apply the capabilities of ARC to meet the needs of a wide variety of customer accessibility programs

Responsibilities
- Work as part of the Solutions Delivery Leadership team to build a portfolio of service offerings, including development of new offerings and performance of existing offerings as measured by bookings, revenue, delivery reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Build and scale an optimized Platforms and Programs service methodology (i.e., people, process, systems and tools) to deliver a best-in-class experience for clients across a spectrum of accessibility maturity
- Ensure our cohort and private delivery models are focused on quality, cost effective delivery of services, and customer success outcomes
- Ensure our ARC Tier 1 and Tier 2 HelpDesk operates in accordance with the prescribed SLAs and to the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other business leaders and maintain strong relationships with solutions delivery, the sales team, client and account managers and other business leaders in support of cross-product businesses
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in the field of accessibility
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver the best solution for the client
- Provide guidance to the development of thought leadership within your practice, ensuring your team contributes to the ongoing innovation at TPGi
- Works with the Knowledge Center and the SaaS R&D team, to contribute ideation for future releases of the ARC Platform
- Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on accessibility program management and latest developments in the industry
Education and Experience:

- BA or BS degree required (MBA or post-graduate degree preferred); education would ideally be a combination of technical and business qualifications
- Has 10+ years delivering application solutions to the enterprise, including a minimum of 5 years within the digital accessibility technology field including experience managing technical SLAs and/or a help desk function.
- Has minimum of 3 years of experience managing a Professional Services practice, including responsibility for revenue attainment and profitability management
- Should have experience with assistive technologies across multiple platforms, including screen readers, magnification, and read-aloud tools
- Relevant experience a plus with the following:
- Transformation from consumption/licensing model to Software as a Service model
- Application Packaging and IT Transformations
- Application Lifecycle Management
- Assistive Technologies
Skills and Knowledge
- Previous revenue attainment and P&L management required
- Experience working in flexible, open-ended environments with rapidly changing goals and challenges
- Excellent people management and development skills
- Strong customer facing and relationship management skills with appropriate negotiation and influencing skills
- Experience interacting with senior management teams
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Flexibility to deliver within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with the TPGi ARC Platform is a plus

The typical salary range for this position is USD $115,000 – $160,000 depending on experience, and can vary.
