Steps to Finding a Job with Level Up
Finding a job through Level Up is as easy as 3 steps and 10 minutes of your time. Once you’re in our talent network, companies will reach out to you during our monthly talent drops. Just sit back and enjoy the process 😎
Step 1: Navigate to our talent collective
Begin by visiting our talent collective at https://jobs.levelup.dev/talent
Step 2: Create your profile
It’s simply 2 screens of your career information which will take 5–10 minutes.
Step 3: Meet Awesome Companies
Once per month, we do a talent drop which allows companies to reach out to you. Just sit back, chat with companies, and find your dream job.

We have a team of engineers who have both applied to many jobs and have also been a part of the hiring process for countless devs. We know how it works from top to bottom from everyone’s perspective.
We have a very simple theory that is very powerful — we want to be a part of developers’ lives from the first line of code they write until their last job, providing valuable tools and resources to make your life better the entire time. This allows us to get to know you, your skillset, and what you’re passionate about.
This radically changes the entire process. Instead of supporting a system that earns money by creating high turnover and placing engineers into companies as fast as possible (ie. the current system), we will be able to learn what you value in a career and in a role.
