Just when we thought things couldn’t get any weirder in the computer world, along comes a new programming language built as a superset of the Python programming language.

Python is a popular programming language because of its ability to develop complicated programs with simple and clear syntax. However, if you’re familiar with Python, you’ll realize that its primary difficulty is speed. Because speed is an important aspect of programming, does Python’s remarkable ability to construct sophisticated programs with simple syntax excuse its lack of speed? No, it does not.

Other programming languages, such as C or C++, have much faster speeds and superior performance than Python. Although Python is the most extensively used programming language for AI, the majority of people choose C, Rust, or C++ for performance.

What is Mojo Lang?

Chris Latner, the developer of the Swift programming language and the LLVM Compiler Infrastructure, created Mojo Lang by combining the usefulness of Python with the performance of the C computer language. This has enabled all AI developers to reach a new level of programming, with unequaled programmability of AI hardware and the extension of AI models.
