New Web APIs — a popover on top of a dialog element can’t be interacted with?

Update 20.11.23 — the current behaviour of not being able to interact with a popover above a modal dialog is ‘as spec’ but could maybe be tweaked. I opened an issue at the CSS Working Group issues here, so add your thoughts: https://github.com/whatwg/h…
