Hi, I'm Aldrin - a student from Seneca that's taking on the course Topics in Open Source Development. I'm interested on this course because I would like to learn how to use open source software and be involve in the open source community.
Open source is a great place of learning from a community. Everyone working together to create unique program and tools.
By the end of this term, I would like to have at least 1 working tool or program that I can be proud to show everyone.
A project that I'm interested on work on later, after I get more confidence in working with open source stuff especially with OpenAI, is something that like a commenting tool that explains what a function, method and/or class.
Currently I'm checking this github repo that is intended for beginners, Its a simple chat app that uses chat completion api.
Github repo link:
https://github.com/openai/openai-quickstart-node
This repo should be a good place to start on learning how to use OpenAI.
Hope this is not a daunting task I got myself into.
