In a recent interview with me, Product Management expert Jessica Hall highlighted a significant challenge with Agile methodologies: their lack of inclusivity for product and design teams. As a result, Agile often leads to misalignment with overall business productivity. Jessica Hall, co-author of “The Product Mindset”, is an accomplished product, design, and AI strategy leader.
