If you want to get stronger, you exercise every day. If you want to get better at dancing, you dance every day. So if you want to get better at coding... code every day!
But code what? Especially if you're a beginner, you may not have an ongoing project you can just push forward every day. At that stage it's helpful to have small, bite-sized programming projects that can be done fairly quickly.
To that end, I present the MiniScript Daily Challenges:
https://github.com/JoeStrout/daily-miniscript
These are a collection of small challenges you can do in MiniScript. Some of them need the free Mini Micro environment, because they make use of graphics or sound; some can also be done in Stardew Valley using the Farmtronics mod, while still others can be done in any MiniScript environment.
There are currently 15 challenges, which will be enough to keep you busy for a couple weeks at least. And more are welcome! Please feel free to submit your challenge ideas via GitHub, or via our Discord.
Happy coding!
