this is my 3rd year of diving into Tech from Classical Architecture and designing houses,
How Its going?
It has been quite a ride, diving into the depths of software engineering, and trying to develop tech for Architects and the Real estate industry, I am currently engaging in connecting my Virtual model to the IoT
I would love to meet some people who would like to collaborate with me on this Magnficiat project!

The Update:
Excited to announce a major milestone in my journey to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a Digital Twin in Virtual Reality!
My 1st test integrating a section of the hashtag#Toronto city model into the Quest 3 VR headset was a success. While there are still limitations on the data and polygon count the headset can handle, the ability to visualize any part of the city—or future developments—in first-person within an immersive environment is a game-changer.
This technology has the potential to revolutionize how real estate developers market premium properties, how architects design their projects, and how construction managers oversee their sites.
I'm pushing the boundaries of what's possible with this model and exploring the vast opportunities it presents for real estate developers and urban planners alike.
Currently, I'm exploring various ways to leverage the power of digital twins, with plans to showcase Toronto's upcoming TTC station in the next stream. I’m also working on proposals for Bentley, Buildner, and Dezeen.
If you're interested in testing your future developments in VR, feel free to comment below or reach out to me directly.
Let's explore the future of hashtag#SmartCities together!
Many thanks to Dr Fox Harel of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology
for his guidance through the XR Dev course!
