AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associateを今年の1月29日に受験し、不合格となった受験体験記を残すことにした。
AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associateの受験を目指される方の一助になれば幸いである。
私は、1月9日にAWS Certified AI Practitioner(AIF-C01)に合格して7冠となったが、AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associateは2月15日までに取得できれば、Early Adopterのデジタルバッジを取得できるのでチャレンジをしてみたが、勉強不足で不合格となった。
Associate試験は知識だけでは合格できない試験というのが印象で、AWS Certified AI Practitionerは何とか一夜漬けで合格することができたものの、Machine Learning Engineer - Associateはそうはいかなかった。
届くメールのタイトルが
「AWS Certification 試験の合格、おめでとうございます。」ではなく、「Your AWS Certification exam results are available」になるので、メール本文を中身を見なくても結果が分かる💦
AWS試験は過去9回受験して不合格は2回目で前回の不合格は、Solutions Architect - Professionalで739点だったので、700点を割り込んでいるのは地味に凹む。
Machine Leaningは業務で利用していないだけに、業務スキル＋αで合格できる他の試験とは感覚的に違って、ここからどうすれば合格ラインが見えるかのかが分からない。
試験勉強を始める前に、難易度を把握するために確認しておいた方が良い資料は以下の３つ。
事前学習：Exam Prep Standard Course: AWS Certified Machine Learning Engineer - Associate (MLA-C01 - 日本語)
正直なところ模擬試験では出てこないような知識領域、サービスの状況などが多く出題され、業務で利用していなければ合格が難しい試験という感覚を受けた。

- AWS Lakeformation
