Feel free to check our GitHub repository
In 2023, with the vision of enriching the control library ecosystem of the Avalonia open-source community, we launched the Ursa project. In March 2024, we released out first official version of Ursa, and so far, we have released a total of 11 updates, with more than 50 controls out-of-the-box.
Over the past year, our project has attracted 20 developers from different regions and backgrounds as contributors. We have gained nearly 800 GitHub followers, and the number of NuGet downloads has exceeded 20,000 times. Last year, we also completed the compatibility certification of Ursa to LoongArch 3A6000.
We would like to express our gratitude to all the contributors of Ursa. It is through everyone's efforts that Ursa has achieved what it has today. We also want to thank every friend who has shown concern for Ursa and every developer who has downloaded and used Ursa. It is your support and feedback that have enabled Ursa to continuously improve and progress.
Ursa is an enterprise-level open-source control library that has currently helped numerous enterprises create excellent products. Ursa streamlines complex desktop app development with features like dynamic forms, overlay dialogs, and navigation menus. The look-less design concept followed by Ursa is also helping developers seamlessly implement enterprise design specifications.
Joining the .NET Foundation is an important milestone. We believe that within the big family of the .NET Foundation, Ursa will receive more attention and assistance.
Joining the .NET Foundation is also our commitment to the open-source community. In the future, Ursa will continue to adhere to the MIT open-source license and remain free for all developers, all legal-entities, all over the world.
We welcome everyone to check Ursa on GitHub and use Ursa to develop cross-platform applications. Your support is our greatest motivation to contribute to the open-source community. Let's work together for the aesthetic evolution of productivity.
