Providing customers with engaging experiences depends on two-way communications. Customers need to be able to engage your business to troubleshoot issues or make changes to their accounts, while also receiving calls from your business regarding upcoming payments.
Using outbound campaigns can also drive revenue for your business through rapid lead response, outbound prospecting, debt collections, and customer development.
Orchestrating engaging outbound communications to connect customers directly with agents can be challenging. Campaigns need to be created, automate outreach, and then engage with customers before connecting agents.
Twilio Flex is partnering with Acqueon to provide businesses with a validated integration for outbound campaign management, with a built-in predictive dialer. Acqueon Engagement lets your business orchestrate campaigns and proactively engage with consumers using voice channels. It uses a rich data platform, including statistical and predictive models to let enterprises maximize the potential of every customer conversation.
Acqueon Engagement and Twilio Flex
We collaborated with Acqueon to design and validate this integration for Twilio Flex. Acqueon Engagement is natively integrated into Twilio Flex for enhanced outbound operations like:
- Leveraging the Twilio Flex programmable contact center platform for multichannel communications
- Supporting progressive and predictive dialing modes
- Bringing purpose-built widgets into the Twilio Flex agent desktop to manage outbound workflows
- Enabling any Twilio Flex defined agents to participate in outbound campaigns with support for blended operation
- Using Task Router and Twilio-defined skills for work distribution
- Adding a comprehensive set of campaign management capabilities with integrated compliance checks for fine-grained segmentation and optimized campaign execution
Built-in Auto Dialer
Acqueon’s integration with Twilio Flex supports predictive, progressive/power, preview, and agentless dialing modes. The dialer includes Configurable Call Progress Analysis (CPA) and Answering Machine Detection (AMD) to connect agents to live calls and maximize the use of their time. Contact data can be checked against do-not-call lists and mobile number databases. Mobile numbers can then be processed in compliance with TCPA regulations
Campaign Builder
Acqueon Engagement provides an import utility, pre-built integrations, and APIs to load contacts from multiple sources. The Contact Selection Strategy builder lets you prioritize contacts with precision.
