The contest’s launch in September was a call to writers of all backgrounds to discuss one of the hottest topics in tech—AI—and more importantly, the data that powers it—for a chance to win cash prizes to the tune of $2500. Since then, AI stories on HackerNoon have generated more than 150,000 page views, keeping readers glued to their screens for over 10 days, according to reading time data.

- Next, the shortlisted stories will be voted on by HackerNoon staff.
