Account Manager
Full-Time // Remote
TPGi Account Managers are responsible for identifying, selling and expanding opportunities featuring TPGi’s core solution set, including the Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) SaaS platform/modules, practice-driven professional service offerings, and self-service kiosk software and services.
Essential Function:
- Contact potential clients through personal relationships, cold calls and emails, specifically in one or more of our core verticals (Hospitality, Healthcare, Banking & Finance, Government, Retail)
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Present our company to potential clients
- Contract for and close deals
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

- Excellent communication skills; Customer service skills
- Highly motivated, engaging and persistent
- Ability to learn technical concepts and present strategic solutions.
- Exceptional organization skills
- Manage complex engagements
- Manage and organized a large pipeline of business
- Work with a team to support common goals
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
Education / Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-10 years experience either selling in a professional services environment or selling Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
- Experience and senior-level relationships in one or more of our core verticals
- Preference for familiarity with the field of accessibility
- Experience in lead generation and sales development
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
Work Environment
This position is remote; less than 25% travel required
