How to Block Pop-Ups with a Firefox Ad Blocker

Firefox users know that the internet is a distracting place. To block pop-ups in Firefox:
  1. Open Firefox and click on the hamburger menu (the icon showing three lines stacked on top of each other) in the upper right corner.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Scroll down to Block pop-up windows and tick the box to on, turning it blue.
